Every J.A bottle is handmade after an order is placed. Because each bottle is made for you, we will tell you the expected time to delivery when we confirm your order.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include the bottle and its presentation. Delivery is complimentary.
• Payment is taken on the payment provider's secure, encrypted page. We never see or store your card details.
• Where online payment is not available, your order is sent as a request and we email you a secure payment link. No bottle is made until payment is received.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel an order free of charge until we confirm that work on your bottle has begun. As a sealed cosmetic product, an unopened bottle may be returned within 14 days of delivery; opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If anything arrives damaged, write to us and we will make it right.

What we collect

To make and deliver your order we keep your name, email address, phone number (if given), delivery address, the items you ordered and any note you leave for the atelier. Your bag is remembered on your device so it is still there when you return.

How we use it

• To make, deliver and follow up on your order, and to answer your questions.
• We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing without your consent.
• Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires; other details are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how it is used. Reply to any email from us to make a request.
